The Pedestrian and Cycle Path of Limone sul Garda
A panoramic balcony suspended between the rock and the blue of the lake
Clinging to the rock and projecting over the waters of the lake, the Limone Pedestrian and Cycle Path is a suspended route, to be traveled on foot or by bike, offering unique and breathtaking perspectives. Despite the seemingly extreme scenery, it is actually a wide, safe, and slope-free track.
Thanks to these characteristics, the Pedestrian and Cycle Path guarantees maximum relaxation and proves to be an ideal attraction for families, walking enthusiasts, and cyclists of all levels. Located just outside the village of Limone, about an hour's walk from Hotel Garden, it offers an unmissable opportunity to immerse yourself in the nature of Garda, experiencing the magic of a work that merges engineering and scenic beauty.

How do I get to the cycle and footpath from the Hotel Garden?
The entrance is just outside the village. You can get there on foot via a lovely scenic walk of about an hour, or in just a few minutes by car or on your bike.

Where can I park if I go by car?
Near the entrance of the path (in the Capo Reamol area) there are paid parking spaces, but during high season they fill up quickly. To enjoy the experience without stress, we recommend taking a bike!

Where can I hire a bike?

Is this route suitable for children as well?
Absolutely! It is a beautiful experience to enjoy with the family in total serenity. The route is completely flat, car-free, and protected by high, sturdy steel parapets with fine mesh nets, ideal for the safety of the little ones. It is also very comfortable to travel on foot or with a stroller.
A little tip for the little ones: During peak periods (especially on summer weekends), the walkway is very crowded with pedestrians. If your children are learning to ride a bike, the most relaxing way to enjoy the view without stress is to do it on foot, in a stroller, or at a slow pace, perhaps preferring the early morning hours or late afternoon.
